At Official K-Beauty (OKB), we prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, hygiene is a key concern, and for this reason, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in cases of damaged or defective items.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 15 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

• Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products.

• Items purchased during promotions or sales.

• Products with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use.

• Orders returned due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

• Your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases at our discretion.

  • KOREAN SUNSCREEN FOR FACE: This lightweight sunscreen has an essence-like texture that blends into skin without a white cast. It leaves a hydrated, dewy finish and layers well under makeup. If you prefer a matte finish, the dewy feel may be more noticeable, especially on oily skin.
  • NIACINAMIDE SUNSCREEN FOR UNEVEN TONE: Formulated with 5% niacinamide and 1% tranexamic acid, this daily sunscreen helps improve the appearance of uneven skin tone and supports a clearer, more even-looking complexion with daily use.
  • SOOTHING MOISTURE CARE WITH 1% PANTHENOL: This hydrating facial sunscreen helps comfort skin, support moisture retention, and leave skin feeling calm, hydrated, and balanced after daily UV exposure.
  • FOR SENSITIVE EYE AREAS: Avoid direct contact with eyes. Apply only up to the orbital bone. If contact occurs, do not rub; rinse thoroughly with clean water. Let the product fully absorb before exercise or outdoor activity.
