At Official K-Beauty (OKB), we prioritize the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, hygiene is a key concern, and for this reason, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in cases of damaged or defective items.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 15 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.

• Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products.

• Items purchased during promotions or sales.

• Products with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use.

• Orders returned due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

• Your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases at our discretion.

  • Retinal Booster & Retinal + Panthenol Dual Cream Routine: Pair the 0.1% Retinal Shot with the 0.05% Retinal Dual Cream for a complete nighttime retinal skin care routine targeting visible pores, textured skin, fine lines, wrinkles and loss of firmness.
  • Pore Minimizer & Skin Texture Care: The Retinal Shot combines 0.1% retinaldehyde, Matrixyl 3000 and A-Shot technology for targeted pore care, helping improve the appearance of enlarged pores and rough, uneven skin texture for smoother-looking skin.
  • Retinol Alternative for Firmer-Looking Skin: Retinal is an advanced form of Vitamin A used in anti aging skin care. Both formulas combine retinal with 3% Matrixyl to help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and loss of firmness.
  • Retinal Cream with 5% Panthenol: The Dual Cream dispenses 0.05% retinal and 3% Matrixyl together with a blue relief cream containing 5% panthenol, combining wrinkle and firming care with soothing moisture and skin barrier support.
  • Complete Nighttime Skin Booster Routine: Apply the Retinal Dual Cream on full face first, then apply the Retinal Booster Shot in targeted areas only, such as visible pores, uneven texture or fine lines. Introduce retinal gradually and apply sunscreen the following day.
  • Neck Firming & Tightening Care: Retinal Booster and Retinal Dual Cream can be used as a neck firming cream routine to help improve the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of firmness for a smoother, firmer-looking neck. We recommend alternating between the two products, or applying the Retinal Dual Cream first and then a small amount of Retinal Booster as targeted care on areas that need extra firming and tightening.
