Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. To be eligible:
• The issue must be reported within 15 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
• Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Items purchased during promotions or sales.
• Products with broken seals, missing packaging, or signs of use.
• Orders returned due to a change of mind or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases at our discretion.
